They sent me the wrong item. The returns policy is a bit of a pain, they wanted me to post back the item they had wrongly posted me and then send them the receipt for postage for them to refund it to me. I’d have had to wait for the correct item to be sent out which wouldn’t have made it on time for the recipient’s birthday so ended up using Amazon, which turned out cheaper.

Clear communication, items delivered on time

I ordered 3 items from Brightminds; A seascope, circuit alarm kit and a metal detector. All arrived on time. The metal detector didn't work and I called them that day. They sent a replacement on next day delivery. Unfortunately that stopped working a day later. I contacted them again and they arranged the two items to be picked up and a refund to be made. Even though they were faulty I think their rapid response was excellent, a rarity these days with a lot of online shops. They were easy to get on the phone and very helpful. The other two items were fantastic and I will defiantly keep shopping with them. Knocked off one star just for the item.

Brilliant toys for all ages

As usual some great ideas for my nieces and nephews toys. But delivery times and cost still falls short of the likes of prime. The same goes for the web site.

Ordered dance mat for grandaughters birthday and delivery was fine came quicker than expected so would definately use them again. She hasn't used the mat yet so can't review the product but company appear to be very good from ordering to delivery

A great gift for my grandson, but having paid for an express 2 day delivery, the parcel took 5 days which was late for the birthday. I emailed BrightMinds twice to assist but received no response, until I telephoned on the 5th day.
